    Do we need to run for 30 minutes before the workout on Tuesday and in addition to that run a mile after each round of the honeymoon ready routine? That’s a lot of running!

    Hey ladies, quick question… I just got diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease and apparently there are a lot of things I can’t eat :( which of the nutrition plans would work for me? From what I have read online the closest “diet” or lifestyle to adopt would be the Paleo one. Any advice? Anyone? thanks!!!

      Having quickly looked up the condition on the net I would probably go for the gluten free. What I read said that aside from keeping to a fresh/ organic diet ( which all plans promote), you also need to consume protein and reduce gluten intake. Keep in mind that I am only a plan member and not an expert at nutrition but logic would point towards the one I suggested.

        Definitely look into a gluten-free diet! A very large portion of people with Hashimoto’s have gluten-sensitivities (myself included). I’d also recommend avoiding soy, which can mess with hormone levels. My nutritionist highly recommended a paleo diet for me and have seen the difference being on it.

    Hi I’m rel new to TIU. Is it recommended that we do our 30 min booty call run in the morning and the daily workout (posted above) after the run, or are the workouts a substitute for the booty call?

      Hi Karen, the TIU girls recommend that you do a 30 minutes booty call in the morning and then do your toning routine later in the day or in the evening. When I DO get up early enough for a booty call (rarely ;)) I do the other toning workout (<30 min usually) at lunchtime or in the evening. Otherwise I just incorporate cardio into my later workout time, making it a full hour or so. The booty call is just to wake you up and get your metabolism moving! HTH!

    I can’t find the grocery list for the bikini series? I see it was supposed to be posted yesterday. Can anyone tell me where to find it?

      the grocery list came out in a member’s only email… if you’re a member (aka you bought the nutrition plan) then it should have come out Thursday in your email! :)

    Itty Bitty Bikini was so painful. I always felt that Sunkissed Abs was the hardest/best little ab routine but this one was intense!!
