    very frustrating that you list just the workouts from the paid DVDs on some of these days. what drew me to tone it up in the first place is that it was all free, but looks like you guys are more concerned about selling products than helping women now.

      There’s alternatives listed for every BB2 or BB3 dvd workout above. They picture them clearly, its obvious they will advertise and promote their dvd’s but if you can’t buy them then they make alternatives super accessible! They do this schedule out every week – free for everyone!! :) :)

      The people who pay for the DVDs also need to see it on the schedule, plus they are great work outs and TIU has every right to advertise, especially when they give so much for free. They give great alternatives if you do not have the DVDs. I completely disagree with your comment, I believe helping women is the mission of this brand, which is why I support their products.

    Hey girls I have a question! When they say we have to do the “sunseeker workout” are we supposed to do it once or three times as written at the end of the video? I’m never sure, I think we’re supposed to do it just once and doing it 3 times is for the people who only do that video for their workout!:)

    Smashed it this week and went for my longest ever run on Saturday…. 18km! Feeling SO much more confident about my upcoming half marathon. Also, I really love the Caribbean Kettlebell routine…. one of your best. For Saturday’s arm routine, I did Beach Babe 1 arms with Karena and holy! Don’t be fooled by the short time of 12 minutes…. wow! ^.^

    Doing this this week as I was camping all last week – no workouts and not such great food for a week has left me not feeling great! Getting back on track! :D
