Tone It Up Protein Pancakes Recipe
Makes 1 serving
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 banana, mashed
1/2 Tbsp. almond milk
1/4 cup egg whites
1 tsp. cinnamon
Coconut oil spray
1. Mash banana with almond milk before stirring in remaining ingredients.
2. Spray pan with coconut oil spray and heat over medium-low before pouring in batter.
3. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
The key to the perfect protein pancake is to cook them low and slow!

Tone It Up Community!
On behalf of our entire TIU HQ and the Community, Tone It Up is honored to support the heroes working selflessly on the frontlines during this global pandemic. Throughout this crisis, we feel so grateful to be able to supply over 4,000 boxes of protein bars and over 40,000 ready-to-drink protein shakes to hospitals for their entire staff, ICUs, and sheriffs’ offices across the country in an effort to support them during their very critical jobs. Our hope is to help nourish these organizations with the love and strength of the #TIUteam. We are in awe of each and every one of you that are making a difference in saving lives. Thank you.
