WEEK 5 SUMMER TONE UP WORKOUT SCHEDULE

Last weekend we went on an amazing friends’ trip to Catalina and since we got back we’re in total TOUR prep mode!! Just a few weeks away ~ it’s coming up SO FAST and we’re freaking out a little over here! ;) If you haven’t seen yet, we have a post this week sharing some really exciting details about the Tour. We want to feel our absolute best when we come see you on the Tour, and the Summer Tone Up has us feeling strong, toned, and energized. It’s been the perfect way to prep!!
