    1. Both are similar and basically have the same workout layouts. Follow either one :) Members have their daily workouts in the 8 week plan day by day as well.

  9. I wonder why we haven’t used the bands from the TIU bundle but there are routines for the mini risistence bands?! I don’t mean to complain but I didn’t buy the mini bands yet and just thought we would have used items from the bigger bundle all ready… I’m looking forward to using the larger bands too :)

    1. Try tying the bigger band maybe? That’s what I do when I want to make mine smaller. Just don’t tighten them so much they snap. They’re rubbery so they should hold without having to be too tight :-)

    2. The String Bikini routine from BB3 uses these resistance bands!! ? But I definitely agree. I would love to see another routine using them.

    3. I totally agree! I think we should use the bands from the TIU bundle more since they were part of the package. Most workouts include the mini bands instead and I don’t have those :(

  10. I cut 3 minutes off my 5k!!!! So excited for the rest of this week and the rest of this challenge. I am so happy to have stumbled upon TIU only 3 short weeks ago! Love it!

  12. I’m 2 weeks behind and the week 2 schedule links to the week 4 schedule for some reason. Can you fix the link pretty please?! Thank you!

    1. The SELF body weight HIIT is an alternative if you don’t have the exclusive workouts to complete the abs and booty video. Under the schedule they write “OR” between the two workouts. I would assume that if you completed the HIIT routine then you wouldn’t also complete the evening jog that day. But I guess if you’re up for it, then you could do both if you want to.

  13. I’m a bit confused I must say! When the girls write “you can also complete .. blah blah blah.. ” does that mean that they are the routines you can do if you don’t have the aforementioned Exclusive Workout? Or they want the girls (who have the Exclusive Workouts) to complete them too?

    1. Hi!
      For example, for today’s workout, if you have the exclusive workouts then you will complete the Abs & Booty Workout and the PM challenge of an evening run or jog with your bestie! You can also complete the BodyWeight HIIT if you want to do more! :)

Hiya… i am loving all the new workouts… I have a tiny little request… I live in London and do my booty calls at 5:30 am GMT… the Tuedday workout are usually posted a couple of hours after i complete my booty call … Any chance the tuesday wokrouts can be posted a couple of hours earlier :) If it is not too much hastle.. Thank you :) :)

  15. Question: For today’s routine (Monday) it says Cardio and Booty…do we only complete the video or do we also include cardio, if so how long it doesn’t say, help I’m a little confused :/

  16. Hey is there any chance there could be an earlier posting of the Tuesday workouts? I’m in New Zealand and it’s actually really frustrating as they’re never up in time for my work out! and for some reason when i try to find ‘total body toning’ workouts under ‘fitness’ it doesn’t even show any???

  17. I am currently injured (low back/bulging discs) and haven’t been able to do any of the exercises, but I am hoping I can do the yoga on Thursday. I am so excited to try some of these workouts…they look awesome!

  18. I’m always confused. I love the workouts but are we supposed to always do both posted workouts? On Wednesday, there is the exclusive work out and the mermaid one. Do we do both?

    1. Hi Cicelia!
      For Wednesday, you complete the Tone It Up HIIT and then if you want more you can complete the Calorie Crush Cardio routine and/or the Hustle & Sweat workout!

  22. Hi ladies, for Wednesday’s workout in the 8 week meal plan it says to do the Tone HIIT Up video not the printable HIIT workout in the weekly schedule…maybe i should just go by the weekly schedule instead?

  23. Hey girls! I love your community it really got me excited about starting to exercise! On the weekly schedule of this week, friday, on the moderate cardio does it mean aswell we can go for a run? like 25 to 30 min, I still cant handle 45 minutes run for me :) Thank you <3

  24. Hi again, for tomorrow’s ’45 mins of moderate cardio’, could I do a class or jog? Most of the cardio workouts on the site are HIIT and would require going through them 2-3 times…

  25. I love these weekly schedules!! This morning, I wasn’t sure if i’d have time to fit the 45 min cardio before work, but I was so happy once I was up at 4AM and running on the tread :)
