WEEK 2 BIKINI SERIES WORKOUT SCHEDULE
Give yourself a little pat the booty…you made it through the hardest week of the challenge~ WEEK 1!!! Seriously, it’s hard to start something new and you’re back right here, so we’re so proud of you for that! With so much going on, there’s always going to be some slip ups, workouts missed, or unexpected complications, but it’s totally OKAY! That’s what it’s all about. Creating this healthy lifestyle takes patience and persistence, and when slip ups occur, that’s when you realize how to make it right in the future! Be on the lookout tomorrow too, because we put together an entire post on how to deal with slip ups and how to kick ass and repeat! Life happens…and you’re going to come out on TOP this summer~ confident, fit, and happy!
That brings us to Week 2. We’re so ready for you!! Take a look below, map out your workouts for the week and make it work with your personal schedule. A lot of you asked if you could sub in some workout classes like spin or yoga- the answer is YES! That’s amazing! Just listen to your body and tune in with what you need. We love mixing in hot yoga or evening walks after dinner.
This week we’re all about total body toning. And right now is THE TIME to commit to your workouts, because this summer you’ll be able to physically see your hard work!
