Time to Rise & Run!

It’s Tone It Up Tuesday and time to RISE & RUN! We love doing this cardio workout in the morning to really get our heart rate up! It’s also great for your legs and glutes too!

What’s awesome about this routine is that it’s also great on a bike! When you’re riding your bike and the sprint section comes up, make sure to pedal as hard as you can.

Your Rise & Run routine is a great way to start working into sprints. Sprints can help increase your endurance and speed while running. If you’re feeling strong and want to keep going, increase the time you sprint each time you do this routine. Build up strength, baby!
