The workout was amazing!! I did love your body with HIIT for my 20 minutes of cardio and then followed it with this video and I am sweating so much!! I have never sweat so much from your videos… but I love it!! Great workout :)

  6. faeryinloveinc says:

I loved the new video! And I really liked the option to play your own music. My internet connection is too slow to play the spotify playlist and the youtube video at the same time, but it was nice to have the option to listen to my own jams. :-D

  7. Kathleen Marie says:

How many reps do you do for each move?

  8. faeryinloveinc says:

When are the new bikinis going to be available to buy? So cute!

  9. StacyAnn says:

Awesome and I like the choice of using our own music. I will do that once I get used to the moves and do the workout a few times. Yay! I like that it is 20 minutes too. I like the longer videos.

  10. Lauren Dooley says:

I can’t wait to get home to do this:)
Can you please post the beach hair tutorial soon?

  11. Alexandria says:

Can’t wait! Where are your tights and bikini tops from? So super cute!!

  12. Brittany says:

This was a great workout, my muscles are so fatigued now. I really liked the bonus ab work at the end and how you did all three rounds with us.

  13. Karla says:

I love it but on the printable you don’t specify the reps for each move.

  14. Kat Horrocks says:

Love that you included a music free version where you’re still talking – I don’t like to mute out your voices but sometimes I do wanna listen to my own music :) thanks girls! Just finished this and I am so sweaty now – that really burned my legs/booty and arms!!

  15. Kat Horrocks says:

Also was so happy to see this was posted earlier – I’m in the UK and sometimes I don’t get to do the new Tone It Up Tuesday video because it goes up late on Tuesday night for me! :):)

  16. Cherlyn says:

THANK YOU for making this routine a complete “follow-along”! It is much more motivating to finish the workout when the entire routine is filmed :)

  17. Stephenie Alvarado says:

I can’t wait to see the new bikinis that you designed! It may be my present to myself for completing the Bikini Series this year :-)

  18. Maria says:

Bonus points for the music free version and posting this early :)
    You ladies are awesome !

  19. Ashley Morosky says:

Stupid question, but are you supposed to do the cardio routine, yoga and this one today? Thanks in advance :)

  20. nicolebliss says:

I noticed there’s not usually mention of what weight of dumbbells to use. What do you guys recommend? Same for any kind of dumbbell exercise? Thanks!

  21. Deann Pelkey says:

Got my cardio in, now ready to do this workout! #bikiniseries let’s go!

  22. Gabby Barrett says:

Hey does anyone know how this would equal out onto our miles toward 100?

    1. KMF says:

I was wondering the same thing!! On a previous post they said 20 minute workout= 1 mile but I’m way more sweaty and tired than I usually am after 1 mile from this haha :).

      1. KMF says:

Scratch that!! They said 10 minutes of intense workout = 1 mile!! So I’m guessing about 2 miles :).

    2. StacyAnn says:

I was sweating a bit by the end and I thought the workout was pretty fast paced (one move then quickly the next move ) so I counted it as 2 miles.

    3. Meg says:

Based on their blog post for wednesday, 4/30, I am not counting toning/sculpting routines for my miles. They go into detail today on exactly your question because I think a lot of people are wondering the same thing, so definitely read it if you haven’t already! Hope your bikini series 2014 is going great so far!

  23. Jennifer says:

How many calories do you think are burnt during this workout?????

    1. Amber says:

My heart rate monitor showed that I burned around 200 with this workout.

  24. Kayley says:

I like the workout but I found you moved through the steps REALLY fast… like too fast to give time to make sure your form is correct. It would have been good if you provided that verbally too. I also noticed on the split lunge row it didn’t always look like you guys were straightening your knee out so I was confused how to do the move properly.

  25. lilyelle says:

I wish the printable had the amount of reps for each exercise! Also, it doesn’t include the last part you did on the mat – I wrote it down myself from the video.

  26. johanna says:

Awesome workout! Actually sweating & I thoroughly enjoyed the ab workout at the end! You guys rock!

  27. Jess says:

I liked the 2 versions of the video. Sometimes it’s nice to listen to my own music during the workout. I also liked that you did all 3 rounds with us. Thank you! I definitely felt the burn!!

  28. Angeli L Henkle says:

  29. aliwos says:

Hooray for a new workout video! I know you guys are busy with other projects but it seems like the workouts are kind of taking a back seat to everything else. This video was very rushed and Karena’s mic was basically off. Like others have said, I REALLY wish you guys would have more verbal tips and comments about form, breathing, etc.

  30. Stephanie says:

anyone know what kind of shoes katrina is wearing? i love them!!!

  31. Lauren says:

Sundays bikini body workout was killer! My heart rate was definitely up the entire time, thanks toneitup :)

  32. Emma says:

sweating like no other!!! L♥ve this routine; it works muscle that I didn’t even know I had

  33. Jennifer says:

Hi, I’m new to TIU and I don’t know if I’m missing something, but after years of doing workouts on DVD by Jillian Michaels, Shaun T, etc.. I noticed there is no warm up or cool down?? Not even a mention for newbies to maybe “make sure you warm up first!” There is nothing. If I didn’t know better and was brand new to working out, as many girls on here are, I would go from sitting on the couch to jumping straight into it. As professional trainers, you know how important warm ups and cool downs are. Not doing them can actually cause injury to “cold” muscles. This is a huge oversight and you need to include something to this effect. Also, during the workouts, there is NO commentary on proper form. This is really bad! Again, half of the girls doing these workout videos are probably using wrong form and this can cause INJURY. Going back to my first examples, you constantly hear Jillian yelling “keep that back straight!” or “keep that knee behind your ankle!” or “keep your knees soft!” Shaun T is always reminding you of form and alignment as well. The 5 or so TIU videos I’ve seen and done, are simply the girls doing the moves with a silent smile. There are no instructions or guidelines for proper form. For instance, in this video, during the deadlift, I remember from my other videos that they would STRESS to keep your back straight, abs engaged tight, and lock your knees. They would STRESS to only go down until you feel a strain on your back where you can’t keep it straight anymore, then stop, and come back up. You don’t say ANY of this. If you round your back and go down low with the weight to the floor, and round your back coming back up, you can cause back injury. Your videos are good and they are fun, but please consider this advice. Including warm ups and cool downs, and instructions on perfect form, in all of your videos will prevent injuries and without doing so, you are leaving yourselves open to liability (aka lawsuits) when someone throws their back out, or their knee, etc. I really hope K and K read this.
