      I think you could do this on a treadmill! Just exert the same amount of effort at each interval. That’s what I would do :)

    In order to improve my cardio performance when working out, I am taking

    I found that when I used to get on a treadmill, I would get quickly bored and rarely pushed myself like I should. A friend told me about some killer treadmill workouts on iTunes.   11. Love this!! I applied this to my stationary bike and it was such a good workout. Broke up the monotony of my bike!
