There’s still time to reach your goals for that first day of summer, and we’re helping you get there! Follow along with all of your Weekly Fitness Challenges & remember, nutrition is essential too!
Today I’m sharing my favorite exercises to sculpt, tighten and cinch the inner & outer thighs! You’re going to LOVE it! You’ll also be toning that tush, and working that midsection for an added bonus ;) We love routines that focus on large muscle groups like legs & thighs ~ they increase your metabolism, burn fat and help your body tone up fast! You’ll be GLOWING all day. Remember to check your schedule for today’s challenges along with this routine!

What’s the best weight to use? You should be able to go through the 12-15 reps with proper form, but the last three reps should feel super challenging. Try different weights to see which works best for you… and watch yourself get stronger!
