  3. Hi TIU! This bikini series is awesome (of course)! Should we be going through these routines 3x? A couple years back when I joined, most routines said to go go through them 1-3 times, so I wasn’t sure if that is still what we should be aiming to do!

    Greetings from my business rip to Istanbul Turkey
    Realizing that on my to do list is to Buy Booty bands. So easy to pop into my suitcase as a I travel every week.
    So today I will do the 5 DM and save the booty burn until tomorrow when I’m back home o be able to do it properly with the bands.
