Kat’s Favorite Yoga Moves to Sculpt Your Abs

3 Amazing Ab Toning Yoga Moves
Do the following moves for 60 seconds (switching sides halfway through for the first two). Repeat circuit three times! To do the complete Sunset Yoga Abs flow, head to your Tone It Up app!
Sculpts your lower abs and obliques!
Form is key for this deep abdominal move. Make sure your shoulders are stacked over your wrists, upper back is arched, and neck is long. And while it’s tempting to go fast, slowing down the movement will really make those core muscles work ~ while boosting mindfulness too.
Fallen Triangle + Pulse
Sculpts your obliques, arms, and legs!
This heart opening pose sculpts your waistline while opening the chest, hips, and shoulders. If you’re new to this posture, feel free to modify it by dropping your bottom knee and using your shin as a kickstand.
Straight Leg Bicycles
Sculpts every inch of your core!
These yogi bicycles are tougher than they look! Be sure to lift your shoulder blades off the mat, bringing your opposite knee to shoulder, rather than straining from the neck.
