We love having this one post-workout on a warm and sunny day. The Perfect Fit Protein helps your muscles recover and the avocado adds a decadent creamy texture. You can also turn this into a smoothie bowl by pouring it into a bowl and topping with chia seeds, cacao nibs, and coconut flakes! YUM.

  1. Thanks for these recipes k&k :) I cant wait to try them! I just wanted to say that you are so kind and generous to us girls even if we havnt got the plan yet, but my misson is to get it this year :) x

  2. I’m in LOVE with this recipe. I make it in double batches. Drink one as a smoothie and freeze the rest in icecubes. This makes the most AMAZING smoothie bowls !!!!!!!!!!!! I take about 9 cubes in a container and when I get to work it thaws enough to eat. Top with fresh fruit and coconut flakes and everyone is peeking into my bowl. ha ha.

    Thank you K&K. Another success!

  3. Doesn’t the citrus content break down the nutrient in the vegetables when you blend them together?

  4. I had this today and switched out the vanilla pf for coconut pf and KABOOM it was so so SO good!!! LOVE it so much!!! :D

  5. OMG! Just had this (with spirulina & maca additions) ….sooo moorish!!! Thanks K&K x

  6. Had avocados that were ripe and wanted to make smoothies. Found this recipe and I had everything for this smoothie!! It is so refreshing.
