Today we’re sharing 5 of our favorite healthy bites featuring this delicious treat! Not only is it wonderful on its own, but Elli Quark also works to elevate some of your favorite Tone It Up approved recipes.

Drizzle & Dip: This creamy, tangy, herb-filled delight makes an amazing dressing for any salad or a tasty dip for veggies. Its cool, ‘ranch’ like flavor also works well as a sauce for grilled chicken or fish.

  • 2 Tbs Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 cup of plain Elli Quark
  • 2 Tbs of fresh herbs (such as parsley, oregano, chives, thyme) OR 1 tsp of dried herbs
  • 2 Tbs of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • pinch of salt & pepper, to taste

Whisk together lemon juice & garlic. Allow to sit for a few minutes, this mellows the garlic out a bit, before folding in Elli Quark. Next, drizzle in olive oil while whisking rapidly. Lastly, add herbs and season with salt and pepper.


Sweet, slimming snack: These muffins offer a wonderful, nutritious start to the day! We also love them on-the-go for or an easy, breezy snack throughout the day. The best part!? These unbelievably moist muffins contain not oil or butter!

  • 2/3 cup of oat flour
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Perfect Fit Protein
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 2 small to medium very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup of Plain or Banana flavored Elli Quark
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of crushed walnuts

Preheat oven to 400° degrees F and spray a 12 cup muffin tin with organic cooking spray, or grease well with coconut oil. In a medium bowl whisk together oat flour, Perfect Fit Protein, baking powder and cinnamon. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix mashed banana, apple sauce, Elli Quark, egg whites and vanilla together until well combined and smooth. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just combined. Allow batter to sit for 2 minutes in order to thicken. Divide evenly into 12 muffin cups and top with crushed walnuts. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

Party snacks: Cucumber rafts are a healthy entertaining must! This is one of our favorite appetizer platters to whip up for a visually impressive, yet ultra simple dish. And what’s more, everyone from kids to hubbies & gal pals loves them!


  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Container of Plain Elli Quark
  • 1 Container of Strawberries
  • 1 Cup of Dried Coconut Flakes, Unsweetened

Gently wash strawberries and cucumber, and pat dry. Slice both strawberries and cucumber into 1/4″ thick slices. Arrange cucumber slices onto serving platter, drop a spoonful of Elli Quark on top, finishing with a strawberry. We also love adding a sprinkle of dried coconut too!

    Just watched this vid and loved it! Can anyone shed some light on something for me, though? I love the little stack of medium sized pancakes with the fresh strawberries, but does anyone actually yield that with the recipe? In my experience, you’d have to at least double the amount of ingredients to get that many stacks (the stacks they show arent even small, but are medium!).

    I’m also a bit confused as to whether a stack counts as a M1. In the plan the recipe is enough for one med-large pancake or 2 small-med pancakes. Wouldn’t a stack this size (with all the extras they use) be almost double what is recommended for a serving size in the nutrition plan?

    Wish we had EQ around here, looks so good!

    could you replace the yoghurt with coconut yoghurt or goats milk yoghurt? I can’t have greek yoghurt or any dairy…
