  1. I literally had these for breakfast this morning! They are so delicious. Two thumbs up!

  2. i haven’t made this yet but i have it on my schedule (i write everything on a planner sheet and put it on the fridge) for Sunday. Excited to try it!

  3. I’ve already made these a couple of times. I love overnight oats and these are delicious! Don’t be shy on the lemon zest!

  4. This looks delicious! Do you think there is anything we could sub for the yogurt? Maybe mashed banana? Thanks!

    1. I had planned on jut adding a bit more almond milk but mashed banana is a great idea! I’ll be trying that :)

    2. Update: I tried using half a mashed banana with a little extra almond milk and the oats turned out great!

  5. This is definitely my favourite new recipe from this edition of the nutrition plan! I love the lemon zest and its so filling for M1!

  6. What kind of yogurt do you ladies use? I’m having a hard time finding a #TIUapproved one =/

    1. I bought the almond dream vanilla yogurt. I haven’t tried it before this so I am hoping it is good!

    2. If you have a Whole Foods near you, I have fallen in love with the Kite Hill Plain Almond Milk yogurt. I’m dairy-free, and it’s the first non-dairy yogurt I’ve found that can satisfy my cravings for the real thing!

  7. Is there anything else that can be used for lemon? I can’t handle lemons.

    1. My favorite add ins to Overnight Oats are cinnamon+sliced banana+nut butter. Otherwise fresh berries + nuts.

    1. Yes both unsweetened! Plain greek, almond, or coconut milk yogurt is what they usually recommend

  8. Can anybody tell me how to make the chia pudding from the 7DSD? I can’t find the most recent version that was sent out at the end of the last challenge (which has the recipe for the pudding). Thanks!

  9. I tried making this and mine turned out pretty dry…should i use more milk than what is recommended ?

  10. Oh my goodness, I can’t stop eating these and the strawberry mint version, too! I love myself some lemon so I make 2 jars at a time, each gets half the lemon – juice and zest!! So good :) Thanks for the recipe! <3

  11. These were absolutely delicious this morning! Made some for the hubby, too. Were they meant to expand at all overnight, or just “marinade” overnight? I don’t think mine grew at all. Wanted to make sure I didn’t miss anything.

  12. Tried it with both greek yogurt and then with almond yogurt and turned out AH-MAZING! I am obsessed with this breakfast.

  13. I made this last night to have this AM and it was very soupy. Anyone have any recommendations on how to fix that or is that normal? I used GF rolled oats and they didn’t seem to absorb much at all?

    1. Whenever I make Overnight Oats, I generally use the same OAT:MILK ratio. I would recommend adding more oats, chia seeds or protein powder and you should have a better consistency.

  14. Overnight Oats are a summer staple for me. This new lemon recipe is to die for! So refreshing, filling and almost tastes like dessert! I will be making this a lot during the rest of the #TIUBikiniseries #MEALPREP I’m excited to try it with the @PerfectFit new Coconut #PerfectFitProtein flavor!! Thanks for the new recipe girls!

  15. Hello Karena and Katrina. I am Brazilian and I don’t have access to the Perfect Fit Protein. Is there anything I can use instead?
    Thank you!

  16. I am in love with this recipe! I tried it a few days ago, and now it’s my go-to breakfast! I add a handful of fresh blueberries and use water instead of almond milk. YUM! Thanks, #TIU for this awesome recipe!

  17. Once prepped how long do these stay good? I do most of my meal prepping on Sunday but I am worried about how they will hold up by the time Friday comes around and maybe be too soggy or mushy =(

  18. These taste like lemon cake batter. Heaven! Seriously. It’s my new fix when I’m craving ColdStone Creamery’s cake batter ice cream. Yummy, Ladies!

  19. Eating this right now :) It is SO refreshing!!! Thank you for introducing me to this! I grew up eating my Memaw’s “porridge” EVERY MORNING as a child (lol!!!) I would have NEVER thought COLD porridge could be good! I can’t wait to start experimenting with different flavors this summer!!! xoxo

  20. Has anybody tried this recipe without the perfect fit? I’m out of mine, wondering if it will turn out without the PF.

  21. I was a bit hesitant to try this but I am so happy I did! I am new to the Tone it Up community. This recipe is absolutely delicious. I just made one portion for tomorrow and I can’t wait for it to be tomorrow lol

  22. these are so good, great for on the go, and very refreshing in the morning! Making them as we speak for the week ahead…
