  • 1/4

    cup gluten free rolled oats

  • 1/3

    cup almond mik

  • 1/2

    cup your favorite yogurt ~ we love Greek & almond based yogurt!

  • 1

    tsp lemon zest

  • 1

    tsp lemon juice

  • 1

    tsp honey

  • 1

    tsp chia seeds

  • 1/2

    scoop vanilla Perfect Fit Protein


STEP 1: Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. Cover and allow to sit over night or up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
STEP 2: When ready to eat, simply take mason jar out of the fridge, open, add optional toppings like 1 Tbs of granola, and enjoy!

  2. These were absolutely delicious this morning! Made some for the hubby, too. Were they meant to expand at all overnight, or just “marinade” overnight? I don’t think mine grew at all. Wanted to make sure I didn’t miss anything.

  3. I made this last night to have this AM and it was very soupy. Anyone have any recommendations on how to fix that or is that normal? I used GF rolled oats and they didn’t seem to absorb much at all?

  6. Once prepped how long do these stay good? I do most of my meal prepping on Sunday but I am worried about how they will hold up by the time Friday comes around and maybe be too soggy or mushy =(
