Lavender Honey Lemonade


1 cup


  • 6

    lemons, juiced

  • 3

    Tbs. agave or honey

  • 4

    packets stevia

  • 6

    cups water

  • 1

    Tbs. dried lavender or 4 sprigs fresh

  • extra lavender for garnish

  • ice


STEP 1: Place lavender in a heat resistant bowl and add two cups of boiling water to create an infusion. Add honey & mix well. Allow to sit for at least 30 minutes. Strain and transfer infusion to a lemonade pitcher.
STEP 2: Add fresh lemon juice, stevia and remaining 4 cups of water. Mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking, adding a touch more stevia if needed. Serve over ice, garnish with lavender and enjoy!
