cup dried apricots, unsweetened
whole medjool dates, pitted
tbsp coconut flakes
tsp coconut oil
STEP 1: Place dates in a food processor and blend into a paste-like consistency. Add to a separate bowl and set aside.
STEP 2: Next, chop the apricots in the processor and add to the dates. Lastly, add almonds to grind in the processor and add them to the bowl as well.
STEP 3: Add all remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir until fully combined. Roll into 1/2-1” balls. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set! 2 bite equals 1 serving.
