Summer Tone Up Workouts!

Get excited for three brand new workouts coming at you this week! Each one is designed to build on the amazing foundation you set during Week 1. And we’re throwing some fun new combos in the mix, like barre-meets-HIIT! Here are a few highlights from your week: 

Strong Arms: This upper body flex sesh with Kat has ALL the moves to make you feel strong and unstoppable! Don’t have dumbbells? Resistance bands, water bottles, and cans all work! Show us which way to the gym in your checkin! ;)

Barre Booty HIIT: Ready for the ultimate barre-meets-cardio routine? Join Tori and Stef as they team up to rev your heart rate, tone your booty, and smile through the sweat! 

Band ‘N Flow: Every quarantine routine needs a little zen. Join Karena for this quick yoga sculpt routine as we tone, flow, and melt the day’s stress away…together!

Choco Berry Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

2 scoops Chocolate Unsweetened Tone It Up Protein

2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk

4 Tbsp. chia seeds

2 cup fresh (or frozen) blueberries

1 cup frozen cauliflower rice (or 1 frozen banana)

2 Tbsp. peanut butter

1 tsp. maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend until smooth & enjoy!
