Protect Your Skin!

Today we’re talking sun protection! Don’t let winter days fool you ~ harmful rays penetrate through cloudy skies too!  A great pair of sunglasses is a must, especially as longer, sun filled spring days are quickly approaching! Squinting on bright days will make running long distances uncomfortable ~ AND it’s so important to protect the delicate skin around your eyes. We all want youthful, beautiful skin and bright eyes for years to come!

Look for an easy to wear, lightweight pair of shades with a frame large enough to cover the area around your eyes! It also helps to keep them in place when they have a little bit of rubber on the nose pieces and on the temples behind your ears. You know we’ve always LOVED our Oakley sunglasses! Also, rain or shine, make sure to apply sunscreen to all exposed areas, including your face and hands!
