NEW Coffee Chat with K&K~ 5 Ways to Love Your Body Every Day

There’s so much positivity, momentum, and LOVE in the air with this community 💕 We’ve been so touched by everything we’ve seen in the first week of the Love Your Body Series  ~ new girls joining the team, everyone welcoming and encouraging each other, you taking time to set your intentions, crush new workouts, and join us for a meditation. You’re celebrating your beautiful body and we couldn’t be happier!

Today we’re sharing a new coffee chat with even more ways to love your body during this Series. You deserve to be healthy, happy, and filled with love!

Every day we challenge you to…

1. Wake up with gratitude

Every day when you wake up, take a moment to feel your heartbeat, listen to your breathing, and give thanks for your body and all it does for you. 💛🙏

2. Give yourself a pick-me-up

Some days are just a top knot, no makeup, sweats kinda day, and that’s OK…it’s super cute! But if you’re ever feeling low energy and need a pick-me-up, sometimes it helps to spend a few extra minutes for you to put on your favorite outfit or a fun lip color, get a manicure, or treat yourself to a blowout or do a fun braid. There’s power in that too!

3. Get your workout in

We always say, “You’ll never regret a workout” and it’s SO true! Even if you tell yourself you’re just going to do 10 minutes, you usually end up going longer and you feel amazing after. The Daily Moves are perfect because you can get ’em done anywhere (it’s so easy with your app!).

4. Nourish your bod with the best foods

5. Speak to yourself with kindness

Positive self-talk is so important. Your world becomes everything you say. Make sure you are kind and loving to yourself and in turn, you’ll be even more kind and loving to everyone around you!

By the way thanks to Karena I have been meditating every day since Monday, and it’s now one of my goals of this challenge to make it a habit, because it makes me feel so great! Love you!

Karena if you have not read the book called Self Compassion by Kristen Neff you should try it, I think you would love it. It is all about loving yourself and being kind to yourself and how this attitude can change your life. Perfect for tone it up girls and everyone!
