Mindful Meditation ~ Keeping Up Your Amazing Momentum
Hi gorgeous! As I was creating this meditation in my living room (with Monkey on my lap 😻), I stopped to reflect on the Love Your Body Series and how powerful it’s been to meditate with you each week. Meditation allows us to connect with ourselves, heal our mind, and let more positivity and joy into our lives. It’s been life-changing for me, and I feel so grateful that I’ve been able to share it with you. So THANK YOU for joining me!
This is the final week of the Love Your Body Series but it’s not the end of caring for our minds, bodies, and souls together ~ it’s just the beginning for us! This week’s intention is momentum. After six weeks of this Series, you have SO MUCH incredible momentum. You’ve been showing your body all the love it deserves, you’re feeling strong and confident, and you have a community of girlfriends who support you. Take all that with you into the next part of your journey, and you have everything you need to live your best life!
