Hey babe! Welcome back to our Girl Talk series! I hope you know that these chats are one of my favorite things in the world. Thank you so much for all your love and supportive messages after I shared that vlog ~ it meant the world to me! I know we always have each other’s backs and that’s one of the million reasons why I love this Tone It Up community! 💕

One of the most common questions I hear is how to stay on track when your schedule gets a little crazy. I thought this would be a perfect time to chat about balance, as fall is approaching and schedules tend to get a bit busier! Whether it’s work, school, or just life in general, we know you have so much going on! Tone It Up is all about making your healthy lifestyle simpler for you!

Today I’m sharing a few tips on how I’ve created balance in my life even on my busiest days. A healthy and fit lifestyle is all about longevity. I never want you to be hard on yourself girl ~ you are doing AMAZING! Never forget that! 😉

  1. Thanks Chyna for the great reminder to plan ahead so that we don’t grab for that convenient pizza cause we didn’t have a plan b. That resonated so much for me because I literally grabbed for a slice of left over work pizza yesterday cause I hadn’t packed enough healthy food for my long day. My goal next week is to workout 6 of 7 days and to not eat any fast food. I’m going to meal prep and make an emergency food kit for both my cars so I don’t make a drive through run. I’m guessing the new TIU shake will be in my emergency kit!

  2. I definitely needed this so thank you! My weekly goal for next week is to workout 4 times and journal my meals. I realized after watching this that I’ve been really hard on myself all week, thinking that I had to be perfect all the time with my meals. In reality, I was eating healthy but I dint realize that. I think that journaling my meals will definitely keep myself calm!

  3. My goal this week is to plan my family’s meals for the week. I always have this goal, but never manage to do it. This weekend, I’m actually going to do it. I realize that for food, I make Plan Bs without Plan As. But for now, onto Boxing HIIT!

  4. Thanks for the inspo as always.. I have not been on my “A” game, and instead of feeling guilty, I need to remember it’s ok… no perfection! My goals for this week are to do the daily moves Mon- Friday!

    1. Yes, I always want you to show yourself grace! This whole community believes in you and is behind you! xxo, Chyna

  5. Love this post. Beautifully said Chyna. Thanks for the encouragement and inspiration!! I will come back to this video when I need a lifestyle balance check.

  6. Thank you for the inspiration, Chyna! I’m new to TIU and to working out in general. My goal this week is to complete the daily moves four times. I’ve never meal prepped before so I’d like to challenge myself to prep three meals on Sunday so I have ready to go food for myself and my kiddo.

  7. Thank you so much for sharing this video, Chyna! Your words have helped me this week more than you know. I just got back from an indulgent trip to Sonoma and I totally missed meal prep Sunday. Trying to stay positive so I can get back to routine etc. also trying not to feel so hard on myself, which is always a challenge. It was so refreshing to hear that you deal with this too.

My goal: To workout when I get home and make a lean and green meal!

  8. Such a thought provoking video! I’ve had a lovely summer travelling, celebrating our milestone anniversary and enjoying life with family and friends. But, I’ve been hard on myself for not being as disciplined as I was before. My weekly goal is to meal prep 2 dinners a week plus veggies. I’ll also commit to doing the daily moves 4/7 times.
