Stay Healthy with your Get Well & Stay Well Smoothie!

INGREDIENTS

  • 4

    clementines or 2 oranges

  • 1

    banana

  • 1

    cup spinach

  • 1

    cup kale

  • 1/3

    cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1

    scoop Perfect Fit Protein

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: Peel the fruit, throw everything in your blender and blend until smooth! We love keeping citrus fruits in the fridge so they're nice and cold when we make this smoothie :) You can add ice to make it chilled as well ;)

    I’m allergic to almond milk. Would it be better to sub with soy milk or water?

      You could probably substitute with any type of milk, rice milk, coconut milk or hemp milk but I would stay away from soy milk.

    I’m allergic to bananas. What’s a good substitute for them in this recipe?

    1. I’d probably swap it with avocado :D then you still get the same texture and then maybe add a splash of agave syrup so you still get the sweetness? :)
