We filmed this routine for you last year, and it was one of our absolute favorites.   2. I’m new to tone it up and was hoping for some clarification on the daily move reps. It says 3 rounds of 15 reps per move, does that mean you are doing 15 reps of each move each time for a total of 45 reps or is it 5 reps of each move each time for a total of 15? I’m probably over thinking this but just wanted some clarification. Thank you!

    1. Renee, I understand the confusion. It would be 15 reps of each move and go through the round 3 times so, a total of 45 reps per move and there are 5 moves. Hope this helps
