WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE

Hey beautiful! How are you feeling this week? You’re looking so strong! 💪I posted this on Insta and I want to share here too…I’m looking for some accountability partners! Karena and I are getting ready for the POPSUGAR Play/Ground event in a couple weeks in NYC (we’re so honored to be the fitness headliners and lead a workout!). I’m doing a mini challenge to prep ~ I’m committing to 4-5 Studio Tone It Up workouts per week plus running (or slogging….slow jogging haha) for 20 minutes 5 days a week. Are you in?! This week, we have 3 brand new workouts for you! Kettlebell HIIT is comin’ for ya on Tone It Up Tuesday, and join us LIVE on Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 am PST. We’ve all been loving the live workouts so much, so we’re continuing with them twice a week. Make sure you pop in and say hi in the chat! 🤗
