WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE
Hi gorgeous! How’s your weekend? I did yoga in the park yesterday, which is one of my favorite ways to spend a Saturday morning. Since it’s finally warming up, I love to take my workout outside as often as I can. Bobby and I will go for a hike in Palm Springs or I’ll do my Daily Moves out in the yard. Now I’m feeling refreshed, energized, and SO ready for the week.
