WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE


The past few months have been so exciting planning new things for this community ~ time has flown by! We’ve been cooking up recipes for the upcoming January Challenge, shooting 70+ workouts for Studio Tone It Up, and SO. MUCH. MORE! We can’t wait to share it ALL with you!!

During the month of December, we want you to be mindful and appreciate all of the beautiful memories of 2017. And we want to do it together! With the Holiday Hustle starting tomorrow, the timing could not be more perfect. This challenge is all about accountability. We’ll be hustlin’ together! We’re talking hitting up your Toning Moves and completing daily lifestyle challenges to give back to yourself, your girlfriends, and your community. All of the components of a healthy, happy, and balanced holiday season🎄❤️

Each day you’ll complete 31 reps of your Toning Moves, one round per move! These workouts are designed specifically for YOU as you hustle through this season. When you pair your Toning Moves with healthy (and delicious) choices from the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan, you’ll reveal gorgeous and majorly toned muscles. Speaking of gorgeous…have you checked out our TIU Cook-Off winners yet?! I mean…😻  We’ll be using these as inspo as we meal prep today 💯

Cardio Challenge: Jog in place for 30 seconds between each of your Toning Moves!


Booty

Total Workout Time = 15 minutes + optional Studio Tone It Up Class + Cardio Challenge
Go for a 20 minute after dinner walk. If it turns into a jog, that’s cool too ;)


Total Body Strength

Total Workout Time = 15 minutes + optional Studio Tone It Up Class
