Spending time with loved ones is so important and we’re grateful for every second of it ❤️ We had so much fun scrolling through Instagram and seeing your holiday checkins, all your gorgeous family pics, and your delicious creations. Now that Thanksgiving weekend is past, we’re getting into full Christmas mode over here! Decorations are coming out, the tree is going up, and holiday cookies are going in the oven ;) With the start of the holiday season, we also have the Holiday Hustle starting soon!! We’ll be releasing the details later this week, but here’s what you need to know ~ every day we’ll be having a different lifestyle, fitness, or nutrition challenge. All of it with the holiday spirit in mind of course 🎅🏻 And we’ll all be doing our Daily Moves together to hold each other accountable during this busy season!
