Summer is officially in full swing! Hello long sunny days, sandy beaches, and itty bitty bikinis 👙You worked your booty off during the Bikini Series and the 7 Day Slim Down, and we want you to enjoy this summer. Take some time for yourself, hang out with your besties, get outside, take a lil’ vacay… just do you girl! And psst… the Grand Prize winners of the Bikini Series will be taking a tropical vacation of their own. Make sure to submit your transformation story from the Bikini Series HERE by July 9th at 11:59pm and you may just be sipping on some cocktails beachside ;)

This week, we want you to listen to your body and treat yo’ self. After 9 weeks of Lean, Clean, ‘N Green eating, you’re extremely in tune with your body and what it needs. Treat yourself to a little spa day with some homemade face masks or go out with your girls for a glass of rosé to celebrate the start of summer. Then totally slay your morning Booty Call! 💪🏻
