If you’re NEW to the Weekly Schedule, WELCOME! We help map out your entire week. You’ll see the suggested workouts + the amount of time it will take you to complete them. Remember to make it work for YOU. Heading to a spin class on Wednesday? Get it, girl! Only have time for your Toning Moves in the morning? Do what works with your schedule!
Kat and I like to wake up, have a shot of espresso or some coffee, and fit in our DAILY WORKOUT (sometimes in our PJs!)! If we’re short on time in the morning, we’ll sneak in a 20-30 min walk or jog before dinner.
It’s official!! 7 days until Bikini Series starts!!! Make sure you have everything you need to start off the Bikini Series on the right foot! Being prepared will help you rock this Challenge! 💪
✓ Check your stock of Tone It Up Protein: Your morning post-workout smoothie is one of the most important tools to help you achieve your fitness goals! It provides amino acids you need to form beautiful, lean muscles. Make sure you have enough Tone It Up Protein to last you the entire Challenge! You’ll need about 3 tubs.
✓ Create your home gym: Having a space organized in your house with all the gear you need for your morning Booty Call helps keep you accountable. That way, all you have to do in the morning is hop out of bed and get your sweat sesh in! You’ll need the following equipment in your home gym to complete the workouts: Yoga mat, dumbbells (we recommend a light pair and a heavier pair), exercise ball, booty bands, and sliders.
✓ Clean up your pantry: Look through your pantry and ask yourself if all the food in there will help you reach your goals. If not, donate the nonperishables! Here are some of our faves: quinoa, nuts, seeds, canned beans, chia seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, coconut oil, maple syrup, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and spices.
✓ Organize your closet: Think about what fitness apparel makes you feel the most confident. What inspires you for summer? What will motivate you to run that extra mile? Put those clothes front and center! We like to lay out our outfits for the week on Sunday, so we’re ready to go in the morning!
✓ Grab a friend! #TIUteam Accountability partners are key to motivating you throughout the Challenge! We recommend creating a Tone It Up Instagram account dedicated to your goals and daily fitness/nutrition checkins. Take the next week to connect with other TIU girls by browsing through the hashtags #TIUteam and #TIUbikiniseries. We’ve seen so many new friendships flourish from Instagram connections!
