Tomorrow marks the first day of SPRING!! Pool parties, BBQs, and beach DAZEEE are gettin’ closer!

This week, we incorporated some of our fave beach workouts to gear up for springtime. You’ll need Beach Babe 4 (gain access immediately to these 14 PREMIUM WORKOUTS!!!) , a set of dumbbells, and optional resistance bands (you can use dumbbells here too).
