The evenings are officially getting lighter. That means spring is in the air and summer is just around the corner. We can’t wait!! Time to start browsing for your summer bikini! We already have our eyes on a few! ;)
Even though the evenings are lighter, the mornings are still a lil’ dark out. We know it can be a bit difficult to wake up before the sun, but that’s why we designed this week to be as simple as possible for ya. You only need THREE things to totally rock this week: Beach Babe 4, a set of dumbbells, and your Tone It Up Sliders. That’s it! We even have a handy guide to choosing your weights HERE! All you have to think about is what set of workout gear you want to rock the next day and which Perfect Fit Smoothie you’ll whip up post sweat sesh.
