The 31 Day Tone It Up Challenge is SO. CLOSE. Eeeeekkkk. We literally can’t WAIT for you guys to dive in! This has been one of our favorite plans to put together (and test!) and we KNOW you’re gonna love it! The Challenge starts this SATURDAY, so all this week we want you to get mentally and physically prepared! This means writing down your goals, recruiting gal pals to be your accountability partner, and of course buying your groceries to meal prep!! We’ve got some insanely delicious recipes that you’re gonna totally be obsessed with. Each day of the week lists a series of tiles showing you exactly what workouts to complete. Click the tile to see each individual workout. But, if you prefer, head to your DAILY WORKOUT page each morning for all the routines you need for the day, all in one place. As always, your Daily Workout page will be updated first thing in the morning with everything you need to follow along!
