We know you’re a busy babe! The good news: You can set up workout reminders to get a notification when it’s time to get your sweat on! There are 2 ways to do it: 1. When you join a program! Choose “enable workout reminders” and pick your day and time. 2. In your profile, under the “settings” options. Easy accountability in just a few clicks!
