WEEK 8 BIKINI SERIES WORKOUT SCHEDULE

Week 8 and you’re feelin’ GREAT!! You’ve come SO far since the start of the Bikini Series and Karena and I are SO proud of you! You’re doing something amazing for your health, body, and soul. The last 7 weeks, you put yourself first in the best way possible. These little changes that you’ve been implementing into your new Tone It Up lifestyle, like meal prepping, eating Lean, Clean, ‘N Green, and fitting in your morning Booty Call each day, are habits that will stick with you for the rest of your life!

We still have one more week and the 7 Day Slim Down for week 9. If you haven’t done a 7 Day Slim Down with us, it’s seriously incredible. We always use this plan when we’re getting ready for a shoot or event. It helps decrease bloat, make your muscles POP, and clear your mind. As part of the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan, we’ll also be releasing a brand new meal-by-meal 7DSD guide so you know exactly what to eat and when! There’s even a brand new slimming cookie recipe…totally 7DSD approved!
