WEEK 6 SUMMER TONE UP WORKOUT SCHEDULE

Karena and I are so proud of EVERY achievement you’ve had since starting the Summer Tone Up…and trust us, there have been a LOT. Every time you woke up early to get your Booty Call in, spent time meal prepping on Sundays, and rooted a fellow #TIUgirl on via Instagram, you achieved something great. You showed up, you kicked booty, and you did it for YOU — because you deserve to feel like your best, strongest, most confident self. So take a moment and soak in the amazingness that is YOU ~ you’ve EARNED it!
This is the last week of the Summer Tone Up, so we really want you to focus on challenging yourself. Try using that heavier weight you’ve been eyeing. You can always drop down to a lower one after a few reps! In fact, you’ll get stronger just by trying out the heavier weight! Remember to always focus on your form. As soon as the weight is causing you to lose your form, drop down to a lower weight. We’re so excited to see your beautiful #TIUFlexFriday checkins!!
