    Does everyone normally do the workouts in the morning before work/school or do you do them in the evening? Trying to figure out the best way to fit it all in and still have time for dinner and the Sunset Challenges. I’m very adiment about being able to get my 8 hours of sleep (as it’s also super important for your health). :)

      I do my cardio first thing before the kids are up, have a shower, start my errands,school…. toning exercises at bed time after kids are asleep. (I tend not to shower (just toweled off) that night as i have cardio first thing in the AM. I need 8 hours sleep too.

    Did the new Monday workout routine EXCEPT! instead of running I did the HIIT The Beach 2 routine. Sweaty, sticky and shaky but it’s worth it. I feel awesome!

    How does the Making Waves Cardio work?? Do you do the first column and then the second? Or alternate??

      Hey Ady,

      I agree, it can be really overwhelming to look at all this information about fitness and nutrition, and then on top of that learning all the logo! I have to say it took me a good 2 months to feel really comfortable browsing through the website, workout videos, understanding the nutrition plan, and getting in touch with the community. I suggest take your time, don’t try to play catch up because you will just overwhelm yourself even more! Maybe take a day and browse through the website, get use to all the links and fitness schedules. Then check out the community! They have one on twitter, on the @toneitup website, and on instagram. I like to use the instagram page-find what works best for you!

      Right now Tone it up is in the midst of the #bikiniseries as you can see. So each week they post a weekly workout plan for you, including a “sunset challenge” to help you not only grow stronger physically but mentally too! Then they give you daily updates, Monday-motivation, Tuesday-new workout video, ect. This helps keep you going and interested! LOL

      Finally use the weekly fitness program to plan your week and give you fresh ideas for your daily workouts! Its not set in stone the workouts, and it is not a ball and chain; you can swap and sub workouts-what ever fits your schedule and your needs!

    And just finished the Toning Routine! I had a rough weekend in terms of overindulging REALLY badly (like I’m talking LOTS of cake and sweets, not just one slice) but I was consistent in my workouts and I’m ready to get back on track!

    So is the cardio counted as your bootycall or is bootycall a totally different cardio set?

      Your bootycall is any workout you do first thing after waking up. K&K prefer we do cardio but the main thing is to get your metabolism going with an AM workout!

    So since its getting warmer, I’d love to get those extra miles in while cooling off in the pool. I’d love to see a work out I could do in the pool. Maybe one that doesn’t make me look too much like a fish outta water :P

    Whew! Had to take yesterday off bc I had an appointment after work and then a friend’s bday…. so this morning I did a Booty Call wakeup of the Bikini Arms and 3x the Best Abs routine. ANOTHER birthday tonight so I did level 1 of RIPPED IN 30 since it’s a 30 min workout. Tomorrow morning I’ll catch up with a booty call Booty Routine!

    Got a flat tire halfway through biker babes, so left my bike at a bike shop that was (luckily!) just a few blocks from where I was and finished the workout in running intervals back to my house. Soooooo sweaty but feeling awesome!!

    i I am officially checking in #bikiniseries. I am so excited to say that i lost 20 lbs and just have about 5 more lbs to go to get to pre baby weight. I feel great and love the tone it up workouts and the bikini series. it has really motivated me to get in the best shape of my life. not to mention i am running a 10 mile next weekend. I just cant wait for more and more workouts and I love your apparel.
