Hey beautiful! For almost a year, I’ve been working on something really special for you in the Tone It Up app ~ your new Toned Body, Toned Mind program! This 4-week program is all about the mind/body connection. It combines yoga, meditation, self-care, and time in nature to make you feel powerful, strong, and balanced. 

This program is really close to my heart because, as many of you know, yoga and meditation completely changed my life. They helped me out of a dark time and allowed me to find peace, happiness, and confidence in myself. For me, exercise is about more than just the physical benefits — it’s about the strong connection between the physical, mental, and spiritual. When you combine fitness with mindfulness and self-care, it’s truly transformative. 

So let’s do this together! The Toned Body, Toned Mind program is live in your Tone It Up app right now so you can take a peek. Plus, I’m sharing more info on the program below so you can prep.

How To Do The Toned Body, Toned Mind Program

It’s so easy to get started! Make sure you have the Tone It Up app and then select Toned Body, Toned Mind from the program list. Click “Join The Program” and you’re in!

Now comes the fun part. In this 4-week program, each week has a different theme we’ll focus on. Each week builds intensity in both your workouts and meditations as your body and mind become even stronger. If you’re new to meditation, don’t worry. We’ll all ease in together!

Week 1 includes: 

* 5 yoga routines

* 2 active recovery days ~ we encourage you to get outside and connect with nature 

* A short guided meditation once per day 

* Soul checkins to reflect on your progress and intentions 

Week 2 includes: 

* 5 yoga workouts ~ we’re starting to intensify the routines!

* 2 active recovery days ~ think hiking, walking with a friend, or an easy bike ride

* Guided meditations once per day ~ these start to get a little longer as you get comfortable with the practice 

* Soul checkins to reflect on your progress and intentions 

Toned Body Toned Mind Meditations

Week 3 includes: 

* 5 yoga workouts 

* 2 active recovery days 

* Meditations once per day ~ we start to introduce silent meditations and increase the time in silence as the week goes on 

* Soul checkins to reflect on your progress and intentions 

Week 4 includes: 

* 5 yoga workouts 

* 2 active recovery days 

* Daily morning meditations with 20 minutes in silence ~ you’ve built up to this!

* 10-minute evening meditations 

* Soul checkins to reflect on your progress and intentions
