When should you workout?

You can do your challenges as your morning bootycall, lunch break or evening. If you don’t have time to do your daily moves in the morning, but you made time for a 20 minute run, make sure you squeeze in those moves later!! Just fit them in :)

TODAY’S WORKOUT TIP:

Make a space at home that’s just for you and those dumbbells! Set up a mirror for your form, music, dumbbells, maybe your bands, a mat and whatever else you need. If the space is there, you’ll want to workout!
