TIU21 ROUND TWO ~ WEEK 2 WORKOUT SCHEDULE

This last week was incredible! Karena and I have been shooting so many amazing Studio Tone It Up workouts for you!! In between shoots, we love scrolling through the #TIU21 hashtag to check in on you. Looked like this team had an amazing Halloween 🎃  After a long day on set, I may or may not have been dreaming of some donuts… and then decided to make myself INTO a donut for Halloween ;)
