SUMMER TONE UP WEEK 4 WORKOUT SCHEDULE

As we head into week 4 of the Summer Tone Up, Kat and I wanted to do something special to make sure you’re feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to rock the rest of this challenge! So tomorrow, we’re all starting the 5-Day Reset from your new Balanced and Beautiful book. It pairs perfectly with the Summer Tone Up to refresh your mind, body, and soul! ✨

This is a great time for a reset — whether you’ve been following all your workouts and Meal Plan or you need a lil’ motivation to get back on track. I’ve been away a lot lately so I’m really looking forward to this refresh — and especially having you by my side!

Today is the day to prep ~ book your classes in Studio Tone It Up, prep your Bikini Meal plan recipes (you can follow week 4 or mix and match your faves!), and sit down with your Balanced and Beautiful book to look over the 5 chapters. You’ll see each chapter has a theme. Chapter 1 is “Refresh” ~ all about setting your intentions, detoxing what doesn’t serve you, and rejuvenating your mind and body (helloooo face masks!). You’re going to feel incredible!
