Refuel your gorgeous muscles with this festive, post-workout treat!

Red, White, & Blue-Berry Smoothie Bowl!

Makes 1 serving 


1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower pieces or whole pieces

1 Tbsp. peanut butter

 1/2 cup blueberries

1 Tbsp. ground chia seeds


1) Blend all ingredients until smooth

2) Top with unsweetened coconut flakes, blackberries, and raspberries!
