While we may have our share of our favorite treats, we’re making some healthy recipes for the party.  Here are a few ideas for delicious party pleasing recipes.  We also love the babes & brussels in the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan!  Anyone else making it!?

    Thanks K&K for coming up with an Easter workout that can be done on the road without weights or equiptment! (Some of us TIU girls are traveling home for the holidays!) Can’t wait to try this workout!
