This weekend I was away in Palm Springs and needed to get in a little cardio sesh. So I added 30 seconds of jumprope between the Daily Moves and WOW — I really brought the desert heat! Haha. No, really. I felt so strong after, especially in my core! So, today I’m sharing a ‘lil routine you can mix in with your Daily Moves or do when you’re traveling or hitting the gym. Kat and I love doing circuits together, too!

  2. This looks great!! I’ve tried jump rope before but I never had the strenght to keep it up for a minute. But I’m going to try this routine because the 30 sec of each type of jumprope may actually work for me. I will definitely give it a try!!!

  4. If you want a little extra kick and some ab work I would throw in some High Knees too ;P those always kill me!

  6. I’ve started to do 30 secs of jumping get rope between my daily moves and it has totally accelerated my endurance and strength!

  7. Getting my cardio in is difficult given I live in NY! If i do this routine 5 times can that count as my 30 mins cardio from the daily workouts?

    1. SAME!! I live in Manhattan as well and feel it can be difficult to get out to run or walk early in the morning since it’s usually still dark, and I don’t have anyone to run with/there aren’t as many people out and about. Will definitely be doing this workout a few times through until it actually warms up outside! 👍🏼🙂
