And today, we have the perfect workout from Chyna to celebrate just how strong, gorgeous, and powerful you are. This high-intensity workout will torch your lower body, upper body, and abs, all while revving your metabolism like crazy. The trick: alternating between strengthening moves and high-intensity plyometrics (think: jump squats and high knees with an oblique-toning twist!).
