    Great video but I don’t like how the camera man keeps panning off to the sides or up and down and we can no longer see you. I like to watch you perform the exercises to make sure I am doing them correctly.

    #LoveYourBody Great workout. I was wondering if it is okay to split up the rounds? So for example, do one time through in the am then do the second round in the evening or is it better to do both rounds at the same time?

    My shoulders are on fire today! I really enjoyed this workout, but like others have said (Taryn A), I wish the camera didn’t pan away from you while you’re working out. You have a great set for these videos, but I’d rather watch Karena and make sure I’m doing the exercise correctly (I still don’t know how to do a tricep pushup). Also, I wish the video showed on the screen how many of each exercise I’m supposed to do. I find that I have to pause the video, and then scroll down to the printable version to look up the number, and then go back to the video.

    What size dumbbell is recommended? I’ve heard you bulk up if they are too heavy, I don’t want that.

      I was wondering the same thing.. did you get any info?

        I would start with a 5lb and then after maybe a month or so of steady working out you should be able to increase to 8lbs. I usually use 8 lbs, but for certain arm moves, I drop back to 5lbs. As long as you can maintain correct form, your good. For example if you can do 15 lateral raises with perfect form using five lbs, but when you try to use 8 lbs. , if you cannot complete them shoulder high for the whole 15 reps, I would continue with the 5lbers until you build up to it. Also, you wont bulk up…you have to be using some serious body building weights, plus special diet to bulk up. Increasing your weights will sleek your muscles out and build you up where you want it, like a high, rounded booty, and those sexy little dips when you have your hands on your hips in a sleeveless top. <3 Hope this helps babes
