Today, we’re challenging you to complete three toning workouts, including your NEW BIKINI YOGA routine!

Practicing yoga has many amazing benefits, including increased flexibility, better posture and stress reduction. We love how even a few yoga moves can help clear our minds after a busy day, helping us feel centered, grateful and calm. Use your NEW BIKINI YOGA routine to start your day off right, to stretch out after a toning workout or to wind down at the end of the day…it’s perfect anytime!

Prepare to feel relaxed and grounded as you stretch out your entire body! I’m taking you through my favorite postures to elongate your muscles while toning your arms and strengthening your core.

Green Smoothie

Blend up your Green Giant Smoothie featured from the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan! It’s a team favorite!

This hydrating blend is just what your body craves after a workout! It’s filled with vitamins, minerals and raw enzymes to energize your body and repair your muscles!

Green Giant Smoothie

*makes 2 servings

  • 2 cups Coconut Water
  • 1/2 cup Aloe Vera juice
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 Cup of Kale
  • 1 packet or scoop of vanilla Perfect Fit Protein
  • 1/2 Cup of Hemp Seeds
  • ***Optional- 1 or 1/2 Tbs. Agave or raw honey~ depends on your activity level!

Add ingredients in the order mentioned above to your blender. Blend on high for few minutes then pour, sip & enjoy!

    booty call check in! that was an awesome yoga video — loved the addition of all the tricep pushups and the running downward dog but it’s no joke with all the vinyasas and tricep pushups either!

      I would probably say 2 miles! They say 10 minutes of intense cardio = 1 mile. I bet the yoga will feel nice after that workout! :)
