We’ve been seeing a lot of questions come in about abs. Most of you ask… “can I get ABS from workouts or is it all nutrition?”… the answer!? ABS are made with your workouts, but revealed with your Tone It Up Nutrition Program! Remember… plenty of protein, lean, clean and green foods and of course… hydration :)  The trick is to feel that BURN a few times a week!!

Today’s new core strengthening sequence is all about working your sexy midline. This intense workout can be completed anywhere, making it the perfect add-on to any routine… or a great way to squeeze in toning on busy days!

So many of you have told us that you are loving these short routines to add onto your Beach Babe DVD series, your workouts at the gym and to squeeze in when you get home from a long day! These 5 minutes will fire up your core in a major way. You’re about to tone your lower tummy, target your obliques and increase your metabolism.

    1- love Karena’s swim suit in the top photo
    2- love this workout
    3- just to be clear, are “oblique slimmers” the move Karena does in Bikini Abs 2014 when she says “try to touch your heels with your fingertips!” ? sounds like the same move but i wasn’t really sure.

      I was thinking the same thing. It says just bend at 90 degrees so I’m imagining your feet in the air… but it could also be feet on the floor, knees bent.. I feel like either way you do it it’s going to burn haha
