    would be great if these new workouts could be prepared more ahead of time and posted earlier in the day. i realize TIU is west coast but surely these posts can be scheduled, or at least first priority of the day.

      They say you can do it as part of your booty call the following day :) Some people, such as myself, workout after work because it fits their schedule better and Tuesdays are my absolute favourite! I look forward to the new workouts all day, which helps motivate me even more to want to workout when I get off work! The girls can’t please everyone, plus the workouts are free and they’re always awesome! :) Another great workout K&K! <3

  4. Wow, this was awesome!! I can see how you gain your great strengh when you do the one where you lift your leg up while laying down on the chaise. I have REALLY enjoyed these #loveyourbody workouts and even better, I am seeing and feeling my strength increase!

    I really don’t know what to use for the workout that includes an ottoman or a chair cause i do not have either of those items :c suggestions?

      I just did those moves on the couch, but you could basically just do them on the ground too. :-)

      I feel the same! I was a little frustrated as I paused the video and searched my house for something that would work instead of the ottoman. Other than that I loved the work out! Did it last night and REALLY feel it this morning.

    I was looking for something I could do at home (especially with this frigid NY weather) and have watched K&K’s reality show so thought I’d give their video a try. Well, it kicked my butt and I am sweating up a storm, so I give it a thumbs up and look forward to checking out their other workouts. This is great for squeezing in some activity without schlepping to the gym.

    Wow!! thats quite a workout …. 12 exercises !! definitely challenging.
    I was wondering, how many times during the week should I do this routine? 3 times maybe…
    I see you guys have a lot of little routines to choose from (which is awesome for a workout dummy like me!) . I always heard that you should change your routine often (every 3 months or so), so your body doesn’t get used to it…But What do you guys recommend? is that a good period to start seeing results or should I just change routine every week or every other week… a bit confused about that ;P!
    Thanks for your inspiring effort to help so many others into fitness!

      They come out with a weekly schedule every Sunday, so that takes the guess work out of it! Just follow the weekly schedule and eat right and you WILL see results. I lost 12 pounds! Good luck!! PS Sorry it took a year for someone to reply lol
