Today’s NEW 7 minute workout is perfect for all our busy babes! Whether you’re traveling, spending time with family, working, going to school or all of the above, squeezing in an effective sweat session is totally do-able.

Give me just 7 minutes of your day and I’ll help you target your core, lower abs, arms, thighs and booty—perfect for summer!

This five move sequence is a surefire way to get that heart rate up in a short amount of time. Complete it on it’s own, after a run or paired with any other workout!

    The Crab Ups are going to take a little practice for me to get the right balance to effectively perform this exercise.

      I HATE the crab up! I guess I’m just not doing it right because to me, it doesn’t feel effective. It’s just frustrating! I usually just do a different variation. Does anyone have any tips?

        The printable says to crunch up, so we need to engage our core, then place your hand on the ground and push up using your tricep and reach for your foot.
